Description :: - Responsible for overall Q.S. operation include BQ & materials,tendering & cost analysis
- Responsible for claims and cost management and able to prepare progress claim,final account .
- Monitor Site valuation,measurement and manpower.
- Responsible for overall project contract administration and coordination
- Liaise with architect,main contractor and sub-contractor
- Develop,estimate and provide support in obtaining materials and subcontract pricing in conjunction with project team requirements.
- Review specifications/drawings to determine scope of work,costing structures and contractual requirements
Requirements :: - Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
- Candidates Must have at least 3 years experience in the related field
- Be able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills,able to interact with people of all levels
- Computer Literate (Autocad, Open office, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
