Description :: • Responsible for quality control of product and maintain the products standard and quality.
• Assist in developing & improving internal quality assurance processes whilst ensuring compliance to external quality standards.
• Manage a group of supervisors & projects.
• Ensure compliance to company HSE requirement.
• To ensure the document and quality system is properly maintain.
• Manage & oversees all activities in Quality Dept. to achieve the best result & performance.
• Liaise with customers in terms of quality issues & coordinate with related dept. to resolve the complaints.
• To ensure proper maintenance & operation of equipment & facilities.
• To ensure the documentation & quality compliance with ISO standard.
Requirements :: • Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum Eight (8) years related experience in precast concrete manufacturing and QA.
• Computer literacy with good interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality, matured and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and energetic team player.
