Description :: Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender

Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and
agreement of contract variations, update of claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.
Manage subcon payments and main con claims.
Manage back charges to subcon.
Job site visiting and monitor site progress.
Provide sales support and follow up the tender progress.
All other duties as per assigned by superior
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in
Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation
of tender submission.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
