Description :: - Attend and respond to all defects rectification and resolve all building defective works and to provide superior after sales service to customers in order to maintain high level of efficiency, effectiveness, quality control and quality assurance.
- Attend to customers’ feedback professionally in compliance with Eco World’s service standards, offer reasonable alternatives in resolving customers’ feedback.
- Monitor, follow up and prepare all necessary documentation, reports and photos for all building defective works and collaborate with other departments and contractors until completion of works to ensure contractors are on schedule.
- Initiate preparation for handing over and carry out random pre-handing over inspection before handing over.
Requirements :: - Degree in Property Management, Building Management
- Experienced & good knowledge in strata title law
- Fresh Graduates or at least 1 year experience in Customer Care / Customer Relations in Property Development Company.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
