- Prepare project costing, quotation, claim etc.
- Investigate, manage and resolve contract conflicts and claims with owners, design professionals and subcontractors.
- Develop risk mitigation and settlement negotiation strategies and to finalize claims.
- Maintain contractual records and documentation, including all contract correspondence, changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Preferably 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
