Description :: - Responsible in managing the team to prepare quantity estimation & costing for proposals & tenders
-To advise suitable and effective strategies, skills and method in tender/proposal pricing.
- To monitor all variation orders are well recorded and claimed.
- Responsible to verify & cost-control of sub-contractors and key vendors.
- Responsible for progress billing & final accounts and to ensure timeliness in submission of billing.
- Working hand-in-hand with Finance team to ensure compliances.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
-At least 15 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Sound knowledge and working experience in precast concrete will be an added advantage.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
