Description :: -Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
Requirements :: - Possess Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering/Building Technology) or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in C&S project management / site installation and construction of buildings/ infrastructure development in a contractor's organization
- Capable of working independently, good construction knowledge and coordination skills with consultant & sub-contractors
- Efficient in manpower mobilization/resourcefulness
- Able to work under fast-track project, and tight schedule
- Responsible for managing site activities, including safety & quality
- Possess Own transport & willing to travel and relocate
