• Able to organize, coordinate and control payment claims from sub-contractors
• Highly committed with initiative and integrity
• Result oriented, success driven and self-starter
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all level
• Quantity measurement or take off, procurement of subcontractors / suppliers
• Able to liaise effectively with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Able to work independently
