- - Quality control of contractor's performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship and construction details.
- Administration of day to day matters arising between construction managers, consultants and contractor on Architecture elements of work.
- Regular reporting of finding to all parties.
- To ensure that the Architectural works are executed in accordance with the Architectural construction drawings.
- To notify the consultants if there is any discrepancy on the drawings and obtain official confirmation from the consultants.
- To resolve daily technical site issues with construction manager and contractor.
- To monitor site progress in relation to stage completion for biling.
- Any other duties as instructed by Management - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent to LAM Part II.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in projects which involve shopping malls, high-rise residential, hotels and convention centres
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocad, Adobe Photoshop
- Good knowledge in construction and specifications
- Good knowledge of project management and able to conduct site meeting.
-Good command in both written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Dedicated and able to work independently.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
