Description :: - Preparation of pre and post contract work
- Pre-contract works including preparation of tenders documents, cost planning, budget estimates, evaluation of tenders and preparation of subcontracts.
- Preparation of tender submission with specific deadline, handle monthly progress claims, variation orders and finalization of accounts.
- Enquiries for quotation from sub-contractor suppliers and comparison schedule.
- To source, negotiate; prepare Letter of Award / Appointment of subcontractors.
- To attend tender interview
- To co-ordinate with project manager in all relevant projects and sites respectively.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS World
