- - Preparation of monthly main and sub contractor claims
- Preparation of detailed budgets by quantities and value for construction projects.
- Closely monitor actual costs versus budget
- Liaise with consultants, clients, suppliers, main and sub contractors for project management
- Fully understand the project and clients requirements as stated in the Letter of Award
- Awarding of work packages to main and sub contractor
- Preparation of main and sub contractors final account
- Confirmation of materials specification for purchases
- Submission of materials sample for approval
- Preparation and submission of tender
- Any other ad-hoc requirements from the management - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Quantity Surveying, Contract Awarding, Tendering, Remeasurement, Materials Control, Project Management, Main-Con & Sub-Con Claim, Budget Preparation
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering, Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Qualified personnel with experience in managing multiple projects in contracts and QS matters
- Willing to work in Sarawak
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Software. - Lowest Qualification :
