Description :: 1) Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
2) Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.
3) Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized, while ensuring the client’s needs and wants are efficiently met.
4) Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget.
5) Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the customer’s requirement.
6) Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors.
7) Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
8) Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
9) Others duty which assigned by Directors/General Manager from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
