- - Experience in taking off quantities for various types of structures.
- Prepare and process progress claims and variation order for both of sub-con and client.
- Prepare Sub-Con price analysis, tender analysis and cost estimation
- Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Should be conversant with MS Office, particularly easy in working with Excel spreadsheets in added advantage.
- Experience in taking off quantities for infrastructure and building added advantage.
- Undertake and carry out works with responsibilities and eye for details.
- Good planning skill and willing to learn and take up challenges.
- Preferably candidates specialising in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year(s) of infrastructure and building related projects working experience as a QS is required for this position.
