- - qTo involve in all quantity surveying and contract administration activities of the projects
- Ensures that all contractual notices are issued in accordance with the conditions of contract
- Develops the estimates and provides support in obtaining materials and subcontract pricing in conjunction with the project team requirements
- Able to source for sub-contractors/suppliers and negotiate for competitive prices
- Preparation of progress claim to main contractors and payment certificate to sub-contractors - Requirements :
- - Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably with experience in interior fitting-out projects
- Experience in claiming extension of time will be an added advantage
- Disciplined and able to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines - Lowest Qualification :
