Description :: - To coordinate and plan day to day activity at site.
- Liaise day to day activities with main contractor at site.
- Ensure works are done at site as per contracts
- Monitor and manage sub contractor, ie. man powers, technical issue, accessories inventory
- Handle sub contractor problems, ie. HSE, kongsi, workers permit matters etc.
- Attend to site meeting and prepare site memo for specific matters and incident.
- To ensure optimum work progress by coordinating with other work discipline, ie. rebar and M&E.
- To manage site accessories inventory and report to office.
- To report to project manager for any other issues arise, ie. contract matters, payment etc.
- To monitor and ensure proper aluminium formwork system material storage at site.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil)/ M&E Engineering or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge of construction standard operating procedure.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
