Description :: - Manage QS perform respective duty accordingly
-Responsible for pre and post contract administration
- Preparation of monthly progress claim to client and submit claim for variation work
- Preparing and analysing costing's tenders
- Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
- Valuing completed work and arranging payments
- Undertaking cost breakdown for repair and maintenance project work
- Prepare tenders summary
- Provide information for estimator at tender stage
- Assist and advise the project management team on contractual matters
- To monitor progress and prepare progress claim up to final account to the client
- Site measurement and progress sub-con claims
- To liaise closely with project manager for beginning of tender till project execution
- To handle progress claims, site valuations, variation orders and final account
- To prepare valuations pricing and agreement of variations, process claims and monitor project cash flows
Requirements :: - Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Required language: Chinese, English and Malay
- At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
