Description :: This position serves as the support to the Technology R&D Department by providing office needs as determined and assigned by the Technical Director.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

1. Assist in general clerical works.
2. Take charge of all documentation work, to ensure storage of files and documents are indexed, recorded and filed properly.
3. Coordinate in flow of internal document and correspondence.
4. Coordinate and work along with consultant and other relevant department on letter of correspondence.
5. Compile meeting minutes for weekly internal office meetings.
6. Translating in both languages i.e. from English to Chinese and vice versa.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma of any fields. (Civil, Architecture and Urban Town Planning will be an advantage.)
2. At least 1 year of working experience in Property Developer.
3. Good command in English and Chinese.
4. Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Familiar in AutoCAD will added advantage.
