Description :: -Responsible for overall Q.S operation including take-off, BQ & materials, tendering & cost analysis.
-Responsible for claims, cost management, preparing progress claim, final account and valuation of contract works.
-Responsible for overall project contract administration and coordination.
-Responsible for liaising with clients, sub-contractor and government agencies.
-Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
-Demonstrate competency in contracts analysis, project management, claims, cost estimating, dispute resolution and actively in Extension of Time (EOT) claim as
well as insurance claim
-Be part of project team to support project execution which includes project tasks such as preparing any response letters to contractors, ensures all issues are
attended
-Responsible in obtaining signatories for approval of contract medication, invoices and other contractual documents
-Preparation of Invitation to Bid (ITB) or Request for Quotation including assisting in establishment of scope of work, compiling related specification
-Verify progress claims submitted by subcontractor and prepare progress claim certificate
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
