Description :: -Able to handle full set of accounts (Construction Accounting)
-Preparing creditors accounts reconciliation and maintain the AR listing
-Checking invoices and staff petty cash claims against the requirements of GST
-In charge of GST input and output tax accounting and payments
-Prepare project costing report
-Check and manage petty cash claims from staff
-Preparing payment vouchers / cheques for all the suppliers.
-Preparing monthly bank-reconciliations
-Preparing cash flows and monthly budgets
-Assisting in other related company accounting matters
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-At least 1 year of working experience in finance or accounting.
-Experience in construction industry is an added advantage.
-Fresh graduate with good academic results will be considered
-Must be proficient in UBS/ Auto Count accounting
-Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimum supervision
-Able to communicate in English
-Ability to converse in Mandarin language is an added advantage
-Full-Time positions are available
-Candidate must have initiative, hardworking, and positive attitude towards work
