- - Obtain quotation from vendor / sub-contractor for the tender estimation and mark up with approved profit margin for pricing of tender submission;
- Ensure measurement is done correctly according to Standard Method of Measurement to determine the quantity of every works whether for tender purpose or for claim verification;
- Attend tender interview / clarification;
- Review contents of letter of award;
- Prepare and submit progress claim to the Client and follow up on the certification;
- Identify training needs and motivations for subordinates and sub-contractors;
- Performs other duties as assigned. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity
Survey or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Infra & Earthwork).
- Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
