Description :: - Point of contact for clients on contractual matters.
- Analysis of project contract details in relation to claim management.
Understanding and application of contracting terms and conditions.
- Preparation of and participation of claim negotiations.
- Provide claim advice relating to contracts/subcontracts, bids, and project implementation.
- Investigate, manage and resolve contract conflicts and claims with owners, design professionals and subcontractors.
- Develop risk mitigation and settlement negotiation strategies and to finalize claims.
- Maintain contractual records and documentation, including all contract correspondence, changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
Requirements :: - At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or any other related studies.
- Minimum 1-2 years related working experience.
- Accurate, analytical and able to work and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently
