- - To assist in Tender / Contracts review, drafting agreements, negotiation with contractors.
- To assist in claims and cost management, prepare progress claims & final account.
- Preparing Letter of Award, Purchase Order and Work Order for subcontractor & suppliers.
- To assist the Manager in all areas of Quantity Surveying works.
- To collect data on costs of materials, labour, equipment and records of all pricing, documents, drawings.
- To check and verify bills of qualities, taking off quantity, variation orders and prices.
- Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in construction industry for civil works projects.
- Effective communication skills and enjoy interacting with people at all levels.
- Meticulous, an eye for details and sensitive to figures.
- Positive attitudes/ drive for result and willingness to learn. - Lowest Qualification :
