Description :: Preparation sub-contract agreement and administration.
Preparation of sub-contractors payment.
Preparation letter of award and cost control.
Source quotations for labour and materials and make recommendations to Project Manager.
To resolve all contractual issue of the project undertaken e.g. Variation Orders, Extension of Time and etc.
Tender exercise
Responsible for monitoring material needs quantities received, used and to be ordered.
Responsible for all contractual matters and to advise the Project Manager regarding the cost implications.
Preparation of project budget and cost control of the project.
Preparation of correspondence, coordination and liaison of work with site, consultants and client.
Lead a team of Junior QS to implement all aspects of contract activities from Pre-contract to completion of Project.
Requirements :: Possess Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building or equivalent
At least 5 year(s) working experience in related field.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to handle estimation, taking-off & costing
Experience working in sub-contractor and metal industry is an advantage.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Must be able to communicate in Chinese
