Oversee updating, collection and compilation of data on current development.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Valuation/Real Estate Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
Minimum 68 year(s) of working experience in the related field or experience in property developer’s company or real estate agency
environment.
Well versed in property investment & property valuation principles.
Possess high integrity, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English. Knowing Chinese will be an added advantage.
