Description :: '- Prepare tender submission including taking off, calling quotation from relevant subcontractor / suppliers.
-Review site evaluation and progressive claims.
- Prepare site budget accordingly to management budget and requirements.
- Select and award project to subcontractor that meet the company's requirements.
- Monitor and check progressive claim submitted by subcontractor to ensure its up to date.
- Check and monitor the drawings and documents from time to time to ensure up to date for safe keeping.
- Assists on submission of sample to client / consultants.
- To attend and assists project person in charge on coordination matter and also attend site meeting.
Requirements :: '- Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in quantity Survey, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
