Description :: '-Responsible for overall operation of
Contract Department such as tendering
-Ensure operational work processes and
documentations are in compliance with the
Company’s Quality Management System.
-Ensure all the project budget is prepared timely, construction costs and variation
orders are controlled within the budget.
-Highlight and alert on potential risks and implications of the contractual issues and
resolve it in timely manner.
-Checks and evaluates on progress claims matters and final accounts.
-Liaise with main contractors, consultants and related other parties involved in the
project.
-Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in Construction field .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, planning, analytical and leadership skills.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
