Description :: '- To lead a team of building and maintenance staff.
- To communicate and update on the relevant progress of issues and problems during meetings.
- Oversee / inspect M&E functions within the building.
- Liaise with building residents/tenants on dayto day operation matters.
- Review M&E / nonM&E contracts and preparation of technical reports.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and external parties on all issues regarding to the building.
- To ensure all the adhoc and contractual service providers and contractors perform their duty promptly and properly.
- To ensure all the equipments and system are in compliance with the relevant bylaws.
- To closely monitor the collection and the credit control exercise to maintain a healthy Building Maintenance.
- Control maintenance budget.
Requirements :: '- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma,Bachelor's Degree, Degree in Real Estate / Property / Building/ Facilities Management or equivalent.
' At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- To be able to identify problems and issues and to recommend solutions.
- Applicants must be able to work independently and effectively manage the maintenance and management team under his/her supervision.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
