Description :: - Create inspiring, strategic and innovative ideas for company and clients
- Develop ideas and acquire key information about potential projects and discuss requirements in
details with clients
- Sketch preliminary design plans (incl. electrical layouts, etc.)
Advise clients on interior design factors (e.g. space planning, layout, use of furnishings, etc.
- Create timeline plan, estimate total costs for projects and present final design to client for approval
- Gather new design materials and liase with subcon/suppliers (briefing of projects)
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned including onsite visits for project inspection where necessary
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, - Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma, Architecture or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Powerpoint, 3D Studio Max, - Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop,
AutoCad.
