Description :: - Undertake technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.
- Undertake Civil and Structural Engineering detailed designs and putting together proposals.
-Communicating and liaising effectively with project management team / clients and architects.
- Coordinate with technicians / draftsmen to ensure timely and accurate document or drawing preparation.
- Adopting all relevant local authorities' requirements around - Issues such as building permits, environmental regulations, infrastructure design, etc. and obtaining the necessary approval.
- Preparation of document for local authority submissions and obtain approvals.
- Attend regular meetings with project team and clients.
- Any other task is assigned from time to time.
Requirements :: - Must possess recognised Bachelors Degree in Civi / Structural Engineering.
- Must be proficient with regulations of the local authorities and other relevant compliances.
- Minimum 5 years design experience of building structures and infrastructure works in a consulting company.
- Must have a good understanding of engineering principles.
-Able to work with tight schedules to meet deadlines effectively and efficiently.
- Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking and teamwork oriented.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- Experienced in design software such as StaadPro, Orion and Esteem.
