1. Handling Property Maintenance complaints, calls, Defect Rectification received, etc.
2. Able to liaise closely with customers, suppliers and contractors.
3. To liaise with relevant authorities i.e. TNB, JBA, Land Office, local authority and etc. on any issue concern.
4. Supervision of property common areas.
 
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Engineering, Real Estate Management or its equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Management or Others.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to write and converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
6. Must able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule, multi tasking expected.
