Description :: 1. Responsible to manage, monitor and supervise the overall contract administration of the project.
2. Responsible to assess and evaluate the contractual rights, obligations and risks contained in the main contract of the projects on a timely basis.
3. If require sometime need to works at site.
4. Taking off Quantities Measurement.
5. Pre and post contract administration.
Requirements :: 1. Must possess at least SPM Qualification in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
2. Required verbal and written in English
3. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
4. Self-motivated, possess strong sense of responsibility, initiative and systematic.
5. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Candidates who can start work as soon as possible preferred.
7. Salary base on your experience.
8. Chinese speaking ability will be added advantage.
