- * To compute with utmost accuracy of the quantity of materials required from architectural plans for any given project, predominantly residential and commercial projects
* To provide efficient, accurate and timely quantities takeoff to the management.
* No site visit, no need costing, no bid documents or tendering, just quantity of materials taking- offs. Thus, must be good in measurement of materials/quantity take off.
* To handle other task as assigned by the management - Requirements :
- * Preferably Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
* Preferably 1 year experience in quantity take off but fresh graduates good in materials take off is encourage to apply
* Some knowledge of CAD is preferred because you will be given the opportunity to train in Mitek software in due course.
