Description :
1. To assist Project budget preparation and sourcing of materials.
2. Prepare Bill of Quantity and tender contract documentation and submission of tenders
3. Adhere to office procedure for project and contract execution.
4. Monitor Work Program/Bill of Quantity (BQ)/collate quotations/execute contracts.
5. To prepare Project Budget, Bill of Quantity (BQ), sourcing of materials & procurement management.
6. To carry out taking-off quantities
7. To carry out sourcing, calling, evaluating quotations and tenders for supply of materials and services
8. To prepare cost estimates, quotations for new work items
9. To measure work done at site and prepare interim claims
10. To evaluate sub-contractors work done and prepare claim certificates
11. To carry out the preparation and submission of Contractual Claims, Variations, etc.
12. To assist the preparation of the project final account
 
Requirements :
1. Possess a tertiary qualification in at least Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Building, and Construction Management with 3 years of related working experience.
2. Must be meticulous. Computer literate MS word, Excel.
3. Good interpersonal, communication and analytical problem solving Skill.
4. Able to communicate with all level of people, negotiation skills, independent & a team player.
5. Be competent in multi-tasking plus the ability to manage and work well with colleagues.
6. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (both written and speaking)
