Description :: 1. Responsible for strata titles management, building maintenance, gated development management, security and other related property management functions
2. Manage sales & marketing functions, sales administration and credit administration
3. To carry out any other functions and duties that maybe assigned to you by the Management from time to time
Requirements :: 1. Professional qualification in Property Management or related discipline
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in property management and development with at least 5 years’ experience in managerial position
3. Able to handle sales & marketing of properties, sales administration and property management
4. Familiar with Housing Development Act, Strata Titles Acts and other related Acts
5. Familiar with regulations and guideline of JMB matters
6. Ability to liaise with relevant Government Authorities, consultants, architects and contractors
7. Strong leadership and strong interpersonal skills
8. Conversant English and Bahasa Malaysia
