Description :: •To ensure all civil and structural engineering related work conforms to the overall design of the structural/civil work and architectural intent.
•Check all engineering drawings and architectural drawings for discrepancy and outstanding details.
•Inform designer on design and construction issues that require amendment or modification to the original design due to practical solution and authority requirements.
•To ensure all the tests to be carried out by the Contractor as per specification, the Bill of Quantity and any test that is necessary for the full compliance of the civil/structural works.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Structural or equivalent degree in civil/M&E engineering.
•At least 8 year(s) of high rise project and basement working experience in the related field is required.
•Registered Professional Engineer qualification preferred.
•Knowledge in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
•Exposed to CONQUAS, QLASSIC & LOHAS
•Has an eye for details and meticulous in enforcing high standards of construction works.
