- •To prepare and submit main contractors interim claims for verification and issue of the certificate of payment
•To verify and check progress claim and variation orders submitted by sub-contractor and suppliers to ensure payment are in order and according to the terms of the sub- contract and supply contract.
•To evaluate and verify the need for any variation works.
•To prepare sub-contracts and calling quotations before submitting for approval.
•To prepare contractual claims, budget and extension of time for the project.
•Any other duties as directed by the management from time to time by the management - Requirements :
- •Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
•2 to 5 years of working experience
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
