Description :: • Handle daily routines related to sales and administration, credit control and loan documentation functions effectively
• Generate billings, reminders and attend correspondence with purchasers, solicitors and end-financiers on timely basis.
• Monitor and ensure prompt disbursement from purchaser or end-financier;
• Prepare billing and collection status reports;
• Preparing and attending to documentation related to sub-sale;
• Maintain up-to-date records in purchaser’s files and property system;
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties or assignments designated by the Management.
Requirements :: • Degree or Diploma holders in Business Administration/Studies/Management or equivalent;
• With 2 years relevant working experience with property developer

• Possess good spoken and written English;
• Computer literate, familiar with Ms Excel, Ms Word and property system;
• Meticulous, systematic, team player, committed and able to work in fast moving environment;
