- • Analyse and understand the scope of tender
• Prepare Pre-Tender Meeting Control Form, Bill of Quantities and Schedule of Finishes and Materials includes maintaining Tender Query Log and proposal consolidation
• Obtain basis for pricing through quotations from trade contractors
• Update Tender Margin Report and Procurement list
• Assist Commercial Manager in preparing qualification statement
- Requirements :
- Degree/Diploma holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural and interior fit-out industry
• Demonstrate strong analytical, able to work in fast pace environment and able to work under pressure
• Possess positive attitude, strong oral and communication skills
• Result oriented person, strong contractual knowledge and negotiation skills - Lowest Qualification :
