Description :: - Pre and post contract activities
- To define the procedure of pre-construction planning so that the project can be implemented effectively and efficiently.
- To attend the tender interview with MD/ ACM
- Cost controlling during construction period to ensure the cost is within the budget.
- To compare the supplier/sub-cont, rate quated with the awarded contract rate.
- To prepare the sub-contractor letter of award.
- To check the sub-cont. certificate on monthly basis
- To prepare the monthly work pregress report and progress claim.
- To submit the material sample for client / SO approval
- To prepare the approved material list
- To attend the site meeting and joint site valuation with client's Representative
- To prepare the Variation Order.
- To prepare the Settlement of Final Account
- To liase with consultants/ Client for any Project related matters.
