MYR 5000 - 8000 Salary+Bonus+Allowance

- Responsible in company business development in exploring new projects and clients.
- Responsible in the M&E costing, enquiry and sourcing.
- Responsible for M&E project bidding and tendering preparation.
- Design & Build project proposal preparation.
- Marketing and Presentation
- Attend to the site briefing, tender interview and presenstation if required.
- Liaise with suppliers, consultant and client. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Min 5 years working experience preferable in M&E costing and tendering.
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word.
- Expert in the M&E design knowledge, contract & costing. (HT, LV, ELV,ACMV, FP & P&S)
- Good in sourcing, cost estimation as well as familiar in tender process.
- To be station in Johor Bahru (Transport provided)
- Good personal relation (PR) skill and marketing presentation skill
- Good leadership skill and teamwork preferable.
- Able to work over time to meet the tender timeline.
