Description :: Supports the Sales Team in providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum growth and optimum profitability in line with company vision and values.
To handle customer's complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Proactively gather market information and identify changes in market trends and customer requirements, and to develop or modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
Works in close cooperation with Operation Manager, as well as the colleagues from Head office to meet customer's needs/ demands and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide supervision through regular field visits, observations and measurement of results.
Requirements :: Outgoing with excellent communications skills and able to interact with people of all levels.
Proactive, good analytical and problem solving skills and able to work independently, as well as in a team.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equipvalent, with minimum 3 years of working experience.
Experience in Home Furnishing/ Furniture industry will be an added advantage.
Required language(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to start immediately would be an added advantage.
Position will be based in Beranang, Selangor.
