Description :: •To provide necessary assistance on the residents’ travel arrangement such as giving information on a day-to-day weather forecast, traffic update, place of interest, restaurants, shopping complex, public transport facilities, and etc.
•To provide assistance on contact information of service provider for residents such as for internal unit’s plumbing and electrical works, phone repairing service, available clinics after midnight, nearest hospital and etc.
•To provide assistance in giving information of general knowledge and current local issues that residents might want to know such as latest exhibits, games, shows, events, any local attractions and etc.
•To provide assistance for the residents in executing some sort of celebration by arranging flowers delivery, booking limousine to pick up for a night on the town, picking up gifts for residents and any other relevant concierge services that required by the residents.
•Willing to work on rotation shifts.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Tourism/Hotel Management or relevant qualifications.
•Minimum 3 years working experience in performing concierge and customer service duties.
•Computer literate with a pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
•Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
•Possess good communication, management and PR skills.
•Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
•Preferably with own transport.
