- •Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
•Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms.
•Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications.
•Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
•Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
•Explore and develop new market for the company’s product.
•Achieve sales target.
•Promote and persuade existing customers to increase orders on products
•Service existing account, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales market.
•Provide feedback response from customers and compile report for sales related activities and market information to management.
•Develop and maintain good relationship with customers.
•Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports and weekly sales reports.
•Delivery settlement process to customer.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Follow up payment from customer. - Requirements :

•Posses experience in selling construction materials.
•Willing to travel and prepared to work in other states
