Description :: •Ensure monthly, weekly and daily work programs are carried out accordingly
•Ensure checking, resolving, clarifying inconsistencies in drawing well before work is carried out
•Ensure technical meetings/ sub –contractor meetings are attended
•Ensure liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, planners, QS and general workers involved in the project are in order
•Ensure construction works at the project site are supervised and meets it requirements in term of cost, quality and time.
•Assisting Project Manager in planning and coordinating.
Requirements :: •Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Building Construction or related discipline
•Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction industry and experience in hands-on site supervision work
•Able to lead and supervise site personnel and coordinate with consultants and sub- contractor independently
•Possess own transportation and willing to travel
•Willing to be based at project sites
•Good working attitude and interpersonal skills
