Description :: 1. To plan & execute the sale & marketing of new project development
2. To manage entire sales process from leads generation to sales follow up
3. Assisting, Monitoring and analysis Project Marketing Executive (PME) on daily Sales Progress and Target achievable.
4. Liaise with Developers, Solicitors and Bankers pertaining to all related matters.
5. Prepare weekly Sales Performance Report, Marketing Plan and Activities and Press Ad Schedule.
6. Setting up new Sales Offices.
7. Prepare monthly Sales Target.
8. Monitoring project marketing expenses.
9. Monitoring on Sale and Purchase Agreement, Letter of Offer and Loan Agreement duly executed by all parties.
10. Plan the duty roster for sales office for proper daily operation.
11. Assist in any other assignment as and when required
Requirements :: 1. Must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing with at least 4 years related Property Marketing / Project Management experience (Managerial post).
2. 30-45 years old
3. Computer literacy
4. Fluent in Chinese & English
5. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
6. Driven & aggressive
7. Able to meet deadline within tight schedule
8. Willing to work at Selangor & Kuala Lumpur
9. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
