Description :: •To manage the overall marketing and sales functions
•To manage the overall sales performance, lead and drive the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets
•Develop marketing plans and formulate short and long term strategic marketing directions
•Conduct market research and monitor development trends
•Plan and implement marketing strategies and to achieve overall sales targets and objectives
•To develop, plan and review the effectiveness of the marketing communication strategies and sale campaigns
•Implementing and ensuring the compliance by Marketing Standard Operating Policies and Procedures for execution of marketing promotions program
•To ensure high standard of customer services/after sales service to prospects and purchaser
Requirements :: •Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent qualification
•At least 8 years of experience in Marketing & Sales in the property development industry
•Result oriented and able to lead a dynamic Marketing & Sales team
•Good people management skills, self-motivated, aggressive, with a positive working attitude
•Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership qualities and able to foster teamwork
•Possess good tracks record
•Proactive, mature, positive and able to work independently
•Candidates are preferred to have excellent business presentation skills.
