- •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent
•At least 5 years of working experience in related field under Developer
•Experience in getting Authority Approvals for Planning & Construction
•Knowledge of Project Planning
•Self motivated, self-disciplined, resourceful and result orientated
•Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
•Willing to travel out-station and to be relocated
•Required Skills: AutoCad, Miscrosoft Project, Word and Excel
•Flexibility and ability to work on a range of different projects
