Description :: Plan, manage and supervise the day to day operation of the facilities and maintenance.
Provide leadership to the technical and operational staff to achieve optimum performance and efficiency.
Review the facilities management. programs and developments to ensure that the integrated development performs at an efficient and optimum level.
Oversee and conduct daily Inspections and carry out preventive maintenance of the Integrated development.
Oversee the daily management of the business operations. fitting out requirements of tenants, housekeeping, security and carpark.
Liaise with and manage external ad-hoc contractors, vendors, suppliers and other service providers to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Prepare relevant management reports and annual operations budget.
Requirements :: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent.
At least 10 years’ of relevant and hands on experience in related field.
Possess excellent people management and leadership, as well as interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
