Description :: As the Project Manager, you shall be responsible for project implementation and their delivery within defined time schedule, cost and quality standards. Leading and working in collaboration with consultants and contractors, you shall be involced in all stages of project from construction to handover and defects liability as well as regular periodic reporting on project progress to the stakeholders.
Requirements :: Degree in Architecture / Building / Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of design and construction experience. Exposure to greenfield mixed development will be an added advantage
knowledgeable with authorities' approval procedures, construction sequencing, safety compliance, and cost and time control
Familiar with preparation of reporting documents and its presentation
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project
Strong leadership and team collaboration are prerequisites for this role
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
