- - Plan, manage and implement the project in compliance with the project's requirements on all aspects of design and terms of construction and contract procedures.
- Lead and manage the project team to complete the assigned project in a timely and cost effective manner, and in line with the safety and quality policies of the Company.
- Monitor the works carried out by sub-contractors to ensure the works are according to work program and conform to relevant specifications and standards.
- To co-ordinate and liaise with Clients, Architect, Consultants and Sub-Contractors. - Requirements :
- - Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architectural Interiors/ Interior Design/Building.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in Interior Fit-outs Project or related discipline.
- Knowledge of MS office and MS Project management software.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong management skills, technical and contractual knowledge.
